One building, three courts

The court on Fitzmaurice Street hears new charges, AVO applications, sentences and defended hearings in the Local Court, the Children's Court list for young people, and District Court criminal trials and appeals.

AVO and domestic violence matters and the Children's Court list are on Tuesdays. Most new criminal matters start in the all charges list on Wednesdays. Courtrooms have audio visual links, so a person in custody often appears by video.

Junee Local Court is not currently operating. Junee matters are listed at Wagga Wagga as required, so if you were charged in Junee, your notice may send you here.
